What you will do:

  • Contribute towards the overall goals of the team including daily workload targets, telephony tasks and administration in line with service level agreements. Contribute towards monthly and annual tasks, scheme events and any ad-hoc project work.

  • Actively participate and communicate with other administrators of varying experience levels.

  • Maintain a high consistent quality of work across all member, client and third party queries by communicating in a professional and appropriate manner.

  • Continually develop personal skills and knowledge

  • Work within a friendly and supportive team providing the full lifecycle of pension administration services for all clients, scheme members and their dependants in line with the Service level agreements and in accordance with legislation, policy conditions, business rules and regulatory framework.

Your experience will include:

  • Strong numeracy skills - Financial Services or similarly numerate graduates preferred

  • A basic understanding of the different types of pension arrangements and how they operate

  • The ability to confidently use Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Attention to detail and a strong communicator

  • The ability to work to strict deadlines and able to be adaptable to varying demands in workloads

  • A genuine appetite for learning and progression
