Trainee Office Administrator - Kickstart Scheme Position
This role has been created under the Governments Kickstart Scheme - to apply for this role you must be between the age of 16 - 24 and currently in receipt of Universal Credit
Our client is now looking to recruit an Trainee Office Admin to join their team. As a Trainee Office Admin you will be responsible for all general office administration duties.
Your duties as a Trainee Admin include:
- Answering the phone
- Typing documents
- Answering emails
- Dealing with post
- Meeting and greeting visitors (inline with government regulations)
- Reception duties
Essential skills, experience and qualifications:
- Basic admin and Microsoft skills are required for this role.
- You will also need to have a confident telephone manner and be happy dealing with people over the phone as well as face to face
- Highly motivated
- Ability to be flexible
- Must be hardworking
- Must be able to work in a safe manner
- Customer service
- Ability to work independently

You will be guaranteed a minimum of 25 hours per week, working Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am- 5pm.
National Minimum Wage:
18-20 £6.56 per hour
21-22 £8.36 per hour
23+ £8.91 per hour
