What will my duties be?
As a Trainee Motor Insurance Claims Handler you'll manage our claims cases (including bodily injury and credit hire) in a fast-paced environment. Using multi-tasking and prioritisation, you'll deliver a great Customer experience. When reviewing claims you'll use our thorough training to confidently review claims.

You'll support your colleagues with answering calls and correspondence, whether it's over email or letter. As an organised individual you'll keep an eye on your cases on a regular basis, as well as making sure your filing is tidy and your reserves accurate.

What is the salary and hours?
The starting salary is £18,000 per annum. The role is full-time and permanent, you will be working 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. This role will offer a hybrid working model, a mix between office and home working.
