Salary: £26,000 + OTE £45,000+

Location: Dartford

Hours: Monday to Saturday (5-day week with 2 Saturdays off per month)

Requirements: Full UK driving licence and own transport

If you’re eager to build a long-term career as a Mortgage Advisor, already hold your CeMAP 1 qualification, and are working towards your full CeMAP, this is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and expanding mortgage brokerage working in partnership with a leading estate agency group in Dartford.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients throughout their mortgage and protection journey, providing clear, professional, and compliant advice.
• Conduct thorough fact-finds and present suitable mortgage recommendations.
• Work closely with the estate agency team to generate leads and maximise business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Manage and schedule appointments efficiently to meet client needs.
• Liaise with clients from initial enquiry through to mortgage completion, ensuring regular updates throughout the process.
• Ensure full FCA compliance and adherence to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company CRM system.

Skills & Experience

• Self-motivated, professional, and confident communicator with a proactive attitude.
• CeMAP 1 qualified and committed to completing CeMAP 2 & 3.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building client trust.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is highly desirable.
