Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor – Cardiff

Location: Cardiff (Estate Agency Branch Based)

Salary: Up to £25,000 basic (including car allowance) + Financial Guarantees (first 5 months)

On Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000 – £50,000

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you’ll:

• Advise clients on mortgages and protection products.
• Conduct fact-finds to recommend whole-of-market solutions.
• Work closely with estate agency staff to generate business.
• Provide excellent customer service from application through to completion.

Requirements:

• CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent).
• Sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial.
• Professional, confident, and motivated to succeed.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Clean credit history (no CCJs or bankruptcies).
