Role Overview – Harrow

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
• Complete fact finds, affordability assessments, and recommend suitable products.
• Gain hands-on experience with structured guidance from senior advisors.
• Build strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• CeMAP 1 (essential) – full CeMAP (2 & 3) desirable.
• Previous sales, customer service, or estate agency experience an advantage.
• Strong motivation, resilience, and a desire to succeed in financial services.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Clean credit history and no criminal convictions (FCA requirement).
