Trainee Mortgage Advisor

£23,000 base with a guaranteed £500 bonus per month for 1 year (£29,000+) package + Uncapped Commission.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to become a Trainee Mortgage Advisor for a market leading Brokers in Barry. This is a fantastic opportunity is to join a company that will fund your CeMAP qualification to become a qualified Mortgage Advisor with a competitive basic salary of up to £23,000 base salary with a guaranteed £500 bonuses monthly bringing the package up to a minimum of £29,000 year 1 plus uncapped commission plus they will also fund your CeMAP qualifications 1, 2 and 3.

Duties - Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

Calling enquiries for customers looking to purchase a mortgages

Completing fact finds to establish the customers needs

Checking over credit reports

Working with a panel of lenders to find the customers the best rates

Diary management

Working in a target driven environment

Skills - Trainee Mortgage Advisor

  • Experience working as the following - Outbound Sales Advisor, Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Mortgage Advisor, Loan Consultant or any other outbound sales experience
  • CeMAP qualification would be a huge advantage but not essential
  • GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
