This role is for those who are looking to be fully supported by a firm to become a fully fledged, and experienced, mortgage broker. This firm has a history of taking those with the right work ethic through a training programme who come out on the other side as client focussed brokers, with the drive and know-how to help their clients. If you want a competitive salary whilst being genuinely support, this may be for you!

The Business

They are a very well established firm and amongst the best reviewed mortgage firms in the UK. They are an estate agency business operating across the South of the UK and have a number of other businesses operating under their care. They have been operating for over 15 years and put the client at the heart of everything they do, with giving suitable advice at the top of their priorities. They are directly authorised and are genuinely whole of market.

The Role

This role will see you supported to meet with clients, typically virtually, to speak through their financial situations and offer them the best possible mortgage advice. You’ll be advising on both mortgages and protection to new clients as well as the firm’s existing clients. You’ll build relationships with your clients to encourage them to come back to you in future, and pass on good words to their friends/family. You’ll work closely with the administration support team to ensure your clients have a smooth journey throughout the whole process.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
A drive to succeed is very important!
