My client is a successful Independent Mortgage Brokerage. The company's main aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available to it's clientele. 

Due to business growth/high business levels my client is looking for a fully CeMap qualified (or equivalent) Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join their successful team based in Fareham, Hampshire.

This is a Monday to Friday based position with no weekend work required. 

Car parking is available onsite. 

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor you will be provided with 100% of your client leads by the company, generated through their strong business relationships/introducers within the market place and their well established existing client base. 

You will also have the support of the company's in-house administration team.

The ideal candidate will be offered a competitive basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 with great earning potential, averaging at £60,000 within the first year. 

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has the CeMap qualification but is looking to get into advisory role. You will be offered support and training along your journey to become a successful Mortgage Advisor within the firm.

The successful candidate must be CeMap qualified, very professional, a strong communicator, sales/money focused.
