Trainee Manager / Team Leader

Mikaz Ltd - Trading as Kenninghall and Dickleburgh Stores & Post office are looking for a motivated enthusiastic person to train to as Team Leader and then on to become a Branch Manager.

You will receive a competitive salary plus bonus

10 % staff discount and Pension

Some retail experience is desirable, but not absolutely necessary, what is necessary is having a positive can do approach with a good work ethic.

Great customer service is paramount to our success as a business and is a fundamental requirement of this role

Full training will be given including Post office, cashing up, opening / closing, stock & order, replenishment together with man management training.

We are a successful family company, that now has two sites.

Our company was originally formed when we purchased Kenninghall Stores and Post Office 7 years ago, following the success of this purchase we expanded further purchasing Dickleburgh Stores and Post Office. Which has been a great success in sales and awards.
