What is the role?
You will join a bright and dynamic team gaining exposure to all areas of finance whilst wanting to develop your career and study for an accounting qualification. Responsibilities may include: processing invoices, as well as contractor timesheets and expenses, company fixed assets, Sales Ledger processing along with maintaining the bank and cashbooks. You may also be processing the general ledger invoices and queries, and the role will include aspects of basic reporting and data analysis.
This is a great opportunity for candidates to develop their skills to focus around their studies and to take ownership of financial processes within the business.
An essential part of the success of this role is being able integrate well with the existing Finance team through collaboration, best practice sharing and support. Strong communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to get stuck in and ensure all deadlines are met.

Be studying or want to study towards a recognised accounting qualification
Comfortable working in Excel (SUMIFS, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
