Join Our Team as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Brown & Merry - Connells Group in Chesham

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Estate Agent who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team at Brown & Merry. This is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings.

Your Role:
As a TraineeLettings Negotiator, You’ll to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress let’s through to exchange and completion.
What We're Looking For:
Preferably an experienced sales person, Exceptional customer care/service experience, Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Hold a Full UK driving license.
