EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a successful independent estate agency based in Tower Bridge to recruit a trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their highly successful and fast paced team. You will have a £35K On target earnings and the benefit of a BMW 330e company car! The role offers a fantastic foot onto the ladder of your property career. Full training and support will be provided by this young and dynamic management team, the company are open minded and very ambitious, their confidence and proven track record will ensure you have the best start in your career and you will enjoy earning whilst learning in this fantastic part of town.

The role:

Working within the Lettings department

Liaising with tenants, identifying their needs and arranging viewings for suitable properties

Accompanying viewings and discussing feedback

Negotiating offers to rent, agreeing on terms of new tenancies

Keeping landlords updated on the marketing and progress of their property

Identifiying opportunities to generate new business

Assisting the team with canvassing for new properties/business

Actively training on the job

Working to monthly performance targets

The requirements:

No experience is required

Ideally experience working in a target driven/sales environment

Confidence, ability to communicate with clients effectively

Driven, hungry and can work on their own initiative

Clean driving licence

The benefits:

£14k basic salary

£35K On target earnings

Commission upto 15%

Company car - BMW 330e
