Role title: Trainee Junior Consultant
Location: Birmingham- City Centre
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am - 5:30pm
Requirements: Strong academics, GCSEs and A Levels at grade A-C, Graduate, 2.1 or First preferred (Law degree not required)
Salary/Bonus: £20,000- £25,000 (OTE)
PH Legal is a high-end niche legal recruitment consultancy based in London and Birmingham. The firm works with top tier clients in the City, such as the Magic Circle, Silver Circle, US and Major Name international firms.
The firm now has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Junior Consultant, based in their Birmingham office. They will require excellent academics, be highly motivated and have excellent organisational and IT skills, a confident telephone manner is also required and excellent written and spoken English.
This is a great opportunity to kick start a long-standing career in a close-knit team with high calibre work.
Role duties and responsibilities:
- Registering candidates on the database
- To have an active and professional approach on LinkedIn
- Market Mapping, Headhunting and Profiling Candidates
- Handling a large amount of data and spreadsheets
- Writing advertisements targeting specific people
- Aiming to generate new business leads
- Networking with clients and candidates
- Shadowing senior consultants
- Understanding of Microsoft Excel and use Teams
- Basic office Administration tasks
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous phone or sales experience is essential
- A good eye for detail
- Organised
- Ability to demonstrate hunger for success, motivation and desire for professional development
- Exceptional research skills
- Work collaboratively with the team
- Work under pressure
- Use their own initiative
