Whether you have worked as an Inbound Sales Executive / Business Development Executive / Telesales Exec or similar, we don't mind, you just need to be able to demonstrate:
- Natural communication skills and a positive attitude, together with strong listening and objection handling skills;
- The ability to present complex information in clear, simple terms; Strong numeracy, literacy and typing skills;
- The ability to have a persuasive conversation over the telephone and build relationships with customers;
- Experience working to targets in a customer service environment.

The role will include taking inbound and making out bound calls to SME customers to generate leads for the brokers to make sales.
There are excellent prospects that you will be training to develop a career to become a commercial broker, dealing with new business, account management, MTA,s and renewals of existing clients. Working within an established team, you will be trained and mentored every step of the way and help support the manager
Hours of work Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm
Excellent monthly commission incentive
Salary £16Kpa OTE £20Kpa + 2% contributory pension + full training and a chance to work towards gaining your Cert CII qualifications.
