You will provide a point of contact for all client queries and ensure their needs are actioned effectively. You will maintain high standards of customer service with a courteous approach.
You will ensure all administration is completed in an accurate and timely manner. Ensuring records are maintained and secure. You will deal with client correspondence and product documents with 100% accuracy.
You will undergo full training to develop your technical knowledge including qualification support to enhance your development further in the business.
Knowledge and experience:
- 5 GCSE's to include Maths and English at grade C and above.
- Experience of working in Customer Service or business Administration is preferable.
- PC Literate including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook would be helpful.
