They are looking for dynamic, motivated Trainee Advisers/Financial Advisers at the start of their career, who wish to progress with a household name.
-The team that you will be working in consists of two other experienced and Director level Advisers who will be able to mentor and coach you to be successful.
-You will be providing holistic private client advice and also work closely with two group schemes that are currently in place. Allowing you to gain relationships through review meetings with all group members and spotting new business opportunities and ways to help your clients.
- They will remunerate you with up to c£40,000pa salary and a bonus scheme is in place for good performance.
-While you don't need to be chartered, they will fully support you to get to level 6, both financially and in terms of study days.
-Bonuses, which can be as much as 100% of salary, are based on fee income, and they will set a very low fee income target (as low as £30k in year one) initially to allow you familiarise yourself with the company culture without feeling pressured.
-They have bespoke and central investment management services,with HNW leads coming from their established investment management team.
The company will allow you to work from a local office, which will provide admin and paraplanning support.
Salaries increase with length of service and progression. Many established financial planners in the company are now on six figure salaries.
