You'll be working for a company that is an established provider of financial advice with 200 IFAs nationally spread across 13 branches. This role will be based out of the Cardiff or Bristol office . Full support and training will be provided to achieve competent adviser status as well as ongoing support to help you exceed business targets and become a successful IFA. As well as training provided from the area manager you will also work alongside one of the company's senior IFAs.
You'll be responsible for converting the leads provided into business and will be authorised to provide advice to clients on investments, protection, pensions and IHT planning. In addition you will also be targeted on generating new business via networking and referrals.
In order to apply for this role you must be QCF level 4 diploma qualified (financial planning) or equivalent and have experience of dealing with clients either as a paraplanner or a mortgage / protection adviser.
Salary: £35,000 plus bonus and benefits. Normal hours of work are 35 hours per week, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch break), however flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business. Holidays :25 days holiday per year, holiday entitlement increases to 26 days after five complete years’ service and then by 1 additional day per year up to a maximum of 30 days. Following completion of 3 months service, employees will be automatically enrolled into the company’s contractual pension scheme on a 3% employee and 3% employer contribution basis. The death in service benefit is 4 x basic salary.
