Our clients have numerous offices all over the world and are currently looking for ambitious, confident and self motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Consultants to join their award winning companies in their Birmingham offices.


You should be a self-motivated graduate who wants to progress their career quickly and have the hunger to maximise your earning to its full potential.

You should have the confidence to cold call clients to win new business. You must have the skills to build a good rapport with clients, to build strong, lasting relationships. A professional telephone manner is needed.

Trainee Recruitment Role:

The trainee recruitment roles that we have on offer, involve the full cycle recruitment process including new business development, account management, lead generation, head hunting, fee negotiation and closing deals. You will conduct telephone interviews with candidates, face to face meetings with clients and manage the whole process including taking feedback and job specs from clients. You will receive full training such as how to overcome objections, closing techniques, how to structure a client meeting, head hunting techniques, etc. You will be working alongside some extremely successful recruitment consultants who will teach you the tricks of the trade whilst in your trainee recruitment position which is invaluable experience that you cannot get anywhere else.

Beneficial experience (Not essential but if you can draw on any experiences where you have used these skills it will definitely help!):

  • Worked in a target based environment

  • Knowledge of Digital and IT

You will need to be driven and you must have the ability to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment where you will be rewarded for hard work. Their clients range from Global Blue Chip Companies through to Small boutiques across all industry sectors.

A solid understanding of the recruitment cycle is required
