Salary: £22k Basic (rising to £25k upon first promotion - 3 months)
OTE: £45K first year (Market leading commission structure)

Our client specialises in working with Tech start-ups across Germany & the Nordic region, helping scale their business and recruiting into a number of verticals, including; C-Level, Data, Marketing & Sales and Product. They have had an exceptional 3 years to date, dominating their market space, with recurring business from their vast, international client base and due to this are looking to double their team of 7 by the end of 2019.
Coming into the business at this point, will offer you limitless progression from day 1. Initially starting as a resourcer, you will be given the training and development opportunities to become a 360 consultant at months 3-6. At the 1-year mark you can progress into a management position, taking on a resourcer to work alongside you and start developing your team.
Training for this position will be consistent throughout the course of your employment. Your first week within the business will be predominately shadowing; seeing how the role is done and learning about the business. As you progress, you’ll continuously be mentored on a 121 basis by the management to ensure you’re always developing.

Although this is a niche industry, we have on-boarded successful people from various degree subjects including History, Law, Sports Science and many more as well as non-grads. What we can’t train is a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, that’s up to you to bring.
