Trainee Financial Adviser – Hybrid working - up to £40,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist advisers with client research and financial analysis
• Support the preparation of suitability and recommendation reports
• Maintain accurate client records and administrative processes
• Liaise with investment, pension, and insurance providers
• Support client meetings and ongoing servicing
• Learn all aspects of financial planning, including pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection

Candidate Profile:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to develop a career in financial advice
• Some administrative or financial services experience is advantageous but not essential
• Willing to undertake professional training and qualifications
