Trainee Factory Operative | £12.00 per hour | Wareham

As Trainee Factory Operative, you’ll be working as a permanent member of the team within a successful manufacturing business with a great work environment.

You’ll benefit from:

  • Guaranteed Monday – Friday (no weekend working)

  • Full Training and day to day support provided

As a Trainee Factory Operative you will work:

Monday to Thursday - 7.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am - 1pm 

As a Trainee Factory Operativeyour responsibilities will include although not limited to:

  • Manual handling, such as operating, setting up and loading machinery
  • Welding by hand and operating a welding machine
  • Plating and anodising of components 
  • Basic inspection and quality checks
  • Working with specifications 
  • General factory operative duties 

As a Trainee Factory Operative, you'll have:

  • A great eye for detail
  • Previous hands-on experience in a similar environment (preferred)
  • A willingness to learn and work in an engineering factory environment
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
