They are looking for motivated, driven individuals. No previous experience is required, but the right attitude is essential - you need to be driven, money hungry and incredibly self-motivated. A degree qualification and/or targeted sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential for this role.
OTE: £35k+ (depending on personal performance)
Incentivised commission structure rising from 10-30% (depending on personal performance)

Company Car: Yes - VW Golf
Minimum Hours: 9am to 6pm on Mondays to Fridays and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays (every other)
Hours do vary depending on the branch in question.
2 stage interview process for the successful candidate. First will be with an Area Director, successful candidates will then attend an interview with their potential Line Manager.
