One of the largest independent estate agents in the London market are currently looking for trainee negotiators in several offices covering the whole of North, South, East and West London. This is an exciting opportunity to get into a market leading firm if you are looking to build a career in the London property market. This role is very target based, challenging and demanding in terms of hours and commitment needed but opportunity to earn and progress with a leading brand is there for the taking. Positions available in both sales and lettings.

Character profile:
They are looking for motivated, driven individuals. No previous experience is required, but the right attitude is essential - you need to be driven, money hungry and incredibly self-motivated. A degree qualification and/or targeted sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential for this role.

Package:
Basic: £12-15k
OTE: £35k+ (depending on personal performance)
Incentivised commission structure rising from 10-30% (depending on personal performance)
Incentive Schemes include: trips abroad, increased commission, car incentives and more.
Company Car: Yes - VW Golf
Minimum Hours: 9am to 6pm on Mondays to Fridays and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays (every other)
Hours do vary depending on the branch in question.

Interview process:
2 stage interview process for the successful candidate. First will be with an Area Director, successful candidates will then attend an interview with their potential Line Manager.
