We are recruiting for a leading provider of retirement benefits who, over the past couple of months have gone through a period of change, growth and expansion and are now seeking additional Appointment Antroduction Co-ordinators.
Thiese are unusual roles that play a crucial part in their delivery to clients, where you will be responsible for dealing with both inbound and outbound calls
This will include liaising within customers who are aware of the product and service on offer, with the aim of booking Appointments for Consultants to attend a meeting as well as dealing with inbound enquiries and fulfilling requests for information.
Additionally, you will manage and maintain a diary system that ensures call- backs are well timed and delivered in order to provide a prompt, friendly and efficient initial point of contact for the clients.
This is not a cold calling role as all information is provided from their affinity partners or advertising, (so the people you are making contact with are aware of the company, product and service etc.)
Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience of working within a proactive, client focussed environment with experience of handling inbound calls and fulfilling customer requirements.
Financial services experience is not essential as full product training will be given,
