Well established client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team. Based in our Chertsey offices and reporting into the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be a part of what is an exciting time for our business. This role is advertised on a 6-month fixed term contract with a view to extending that for the right candidate.
You will be working in a small team of contact centre agents providing quotations to customers wishing to add, renew or start a product
The Role: -
Deal with all incoming calls promptly, courteously and efficiently.
Assess the risk and consider appropriate terms using the in-house computer system.
Ensure customers are treated fairly at all times and that data protection rules are adhered to at all times.
Key Skills: -
Good confident telephone manner, able to take ownership of the conversation whilst demonstrating empathy when dealing with customer needs.
Accurate record keeping; must have a keen eye for detail.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work towards specified SLA's.
