As a Trainee Customer Returns Manager you will learn how to manage, develop and support the returns function which sits at the heart of great customer satisfaction. In this role you will be on the front line and have the opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service and cost control whilst maximising revenue through performing damage and vehicle inspections to ensure a consistent level of service which delights our customers. This role is based outdoors in all weather conditions. Alongside your daily duties such as meeting and greeting customers, resolving customer queries and supporting the returns functions you will be given various projects to identify cost savings and process improvements to the business allowing you to develop your professional experience.
This is a great 12 month programme with a view to progress into a Management position and to be successful, you must have proven experience in a Customer Service environment as well as a proven ability to resolve customer queries. You will also have experience of using metrics and KPI’s to drive continuous improvement, supported with fluent written and spoken English and as a great team player you will be able to excel in a fast paced and challenging environment.
