They are looking for a Contact Centre Trainee to join their award-winning Member Services team, working specifically within the contact centre taking part in a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship programme.
Within this position you will be given the opportunity to develop your customer services skills in order to provide an excellent customer experience to their members, treating them fairly, courteously, empathetically, efficiently, consistently and in accordance with all policies and standards.
The apprenticeship programme consists of a day release to attend college where you will learn about delivering a high-quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace or digitally.
Additionally, you will be given complete training and will be working within their contact centre to support their members.
Their ideal applicants will be looking to commence and commit to an apprenticeship programme for 18 months within a Customer Service based role where you will be working within a telephone-based environment, hold Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) with Grade 4 (C) or above, be able to communicate effectively and have good IT skills with the use of the Microsoft suite of applications.
