We’re looking for intelligent self motivated people with banking experience, serving business customers who are interested in developing the skills and knowledge to become a Commercial Relationship Manager at Unity. This development programme will suit enthusiastic, energetic graduates who are looking to fast track their career in business banking.

Our new 'Commercial Learning Programme' ispart of our ongoing commitment to the continuous development of our people and will help you to develop your current skills, as well as build new skills that will enable you to move into a Commercial Relationship Management role, along a structured, well-defined pathway which is designed to be flexible around you. Progress through the programme, is reviewed by your line manager in conjunction with our HR team and pay levels to reflect this.

Who should apply?

This programme is for aspiring Commercial Relationship Managers - it is a full programme that will require a large amount of commitment to progress at the right pace displaying the correct skills and aptitude for success.

You will ideally already hold a relevantprofessional qualification evidencing an ability and commitment to study

The programme will require significant investment by both Unity and yourself. Unity are committed to this investment and seek equal commitment from you.

The selection process will include:

  • Interview with a 3-person panel, including a 15-minute presentation on a business relevant topic
