Trainee Client Support Manager

A trainee client support manager helps provide an excellent ongoing non-advised service within the client support team

Duties

  • Help complete client review reports accurately
  • Help prepare for client review meetings
  • Complete valuations on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Involvement in rep and investment meetings and attend suitable seminars
  • Participate in webinars to increase knowledge
  • Take an interest in financial markets
  • Provide a support and administration faction to the client support team
  • Take notes on client support meeting
  • Assist in the normal ongoing activities that take part in a small business

Skills required

  • Help Identify and assess client needs and requirements
  • Keep records of client communications and file documents
  • Go the extra mile to engage clients
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the correct methods/tools
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Clear, accurate and concise verbal and written communication
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
