Trainee Claims Assessor

Our client established in 2005, are recruiting a Trainee Claims Administrator to join their team based in Cirencester.

The role will involve working with a team of Claim Assessors, supporting them with day to day tasks along-side learning the role.

Full training will be given.

Main duties and responsibilities will include

  • Claim payment and validation
  • Claim correspondence
  • Maintenance of claim files
  • Chasing claim information & telephone enquiries
  • Input and basic assessment of claims
  • Assessment of Gadget claims via the telephone
  • Collecting excesses
  • Claim scanning
  • Claim analysis
  • General administration duties
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary within the Department

The right candidate must have:

  • Accurate Keyboard Skills
  • The ability to work with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • A good telephone manner
  • A good sense of humour and the ability to show empathy

In return:

  • Salary £15000
  • 37.5 hours a week. 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
