Trainee Chef Recruiter - Hospitality Recruitment - Role Responsibility

It’s no secret that there is a real shortage of skilled chefs on the market; our clients typically come to us for assistance in recruitment Sous and Head Chefs. With your knowledge of the role and your understanding of what makes a chef tick you will be able to build great relationships with your candidates, guide and influence them and ultimately deliver our client a solution.
And we’ll be with you every step of the way. Our training program is designed to provide you with all of the knowledge you’ll need to become a successful chef recruiter, as well as providing you with ongoing support and progression opportunities.
