A national Managing Agent who’re constantly on the up are currently seeking a Trainee Business Development Manager to join their successful New Business team! This is a very progressive role and already has a clear career path set out in front of it. Working with existing team to win new residential developments for the company to manage across the UK, you’ll spend the first 6 - 12 months in your new role training and developing. You’ll work closely with a Senior Business Development Manager in their day to day duties, which will provide you with valuable skills to compliment your already strong level of knowledge in Block Management. Once you’ve been trained, you’ll then be promoted to a Business Development Manager and will begin to work on New Business projects of your own with Developers, Freeholders and RMCs. You’ll also progress in salary and will earn even more through a rewarding bonus/commission scheme. This role is built up with idea of moving on to become a Senior Business Development Manager in time, a career to be truly proud of!
As this firms ideal new Trainee Business Development Manager, you’ll have worked in Block Management for a year or 2 and will have built up a good level of knowledge in leasehold property. You’ll be driven and not shy of a little hard work to achieve goals and targets; this mindset and work ethic will set you apart from the rest and ensure you’re successful in business development! You’ll be professional, presentable and personable with excellent communication skills. You’ll be interested in gaining industry relevant qualifications which will also aid your knowledge and progression.
At least 1 years’ experience in Block Management
Excellent communication, presentation, IT and organisational skills
Confidence and professionalism in business environments
A full UK driving licence

Industry qualifications such as IRPM or RICS, IOSH or NEBOSH also desirable

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering a salary of £25K for the initial 6 - 12 month training period. Once trained, you’ll then be promoted to a Business Development Manager where you’ll earn a £30K basic salary plus a bonus scheme which rewards Managers for success in winning new business!
