Responsibilities of the role include proactively marketing the product to a panel of financial advisory /mortgage practices while offering ongoing support to clients and answering any queries. Working primarily on the telephone, account managers will be required to make outbound calls and meet sales and KPI based targets. The firm has a sizeable existing panel and thousands of contacts with firms where there is significant scope for further business to be generated, making this an exciting opportunity.
Previous experience of a telephone based account management (B2B) role is essential while a background working within a financial services product provider will be viewed favourably. It is not though a pre-requisite; the company has a proven track record of unearthing talent, working with those with the relevant raw materials and training them accordingly.
