About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join a leading creative business at a time of growth as an Accounts Admin Assistant.

Main Responsibilities

  • Matching and checking purchase orders to invoices
  • Raising and resolving any Purchase Ledger queries internally and externally with suppliers
  • Reconciling Purchase Ledger accounts
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Organising competition entries and reader’s correspondence
  • Data input
  • Assisting with subscriptions databases and fulfilment
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Organising couriers and despatch of magazines
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies
  • Office filing and archiving
  • General upkeep of the office and meeting room
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Assisting with any other general accounts and admin duties as required

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous accounts experience preferable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with eye for detail
  • Numerate, IT literate and skills in Excel and Word essential
