2 x Trainee Account Managers required to successfully manage customer accounts.
Account Managers split their week between two or three different clients/projects. As client projects reach conclusion Account Managers are assigned new client projects where new skills, knowledge, experiences & relationships should be acquired. For these reasons the Account Managers role is a varied one with great opportunities to learn, grow & develop.
The nature of the role is marketing, business development and market research support to suppliers of products and services to the construction, legal, finance, security and logistics sectors.
Individuals will need to have:
Good communication skills.
Own transport and full clean driving license.
Good ability to investigate target market.
Ability to develop relationships.
Empathy for client's requirements.
Ability to learn products and services.
Hunger to succeed.
Efficient ability to manage time.
Effective questioning skills.
Desire to achieve.
Good keyboard skills and understanding of MS office packages.
Ideally the candidates will have some background in direct sales, however the role could suit an ambitious individual with a desire for sales. Candidates could come from any customer focused environment.
