- CompTIA Network+
- Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching

Your role will include;
- Resolving monitoring notifications
- Installing the latest security updates
- Systems upkeep and maintenance
- Upgrading client systems
- Incident Management
- Process Compliance
You will be providing support and maintenance across;
- Data and system security (Firewalls and UTM)
- Routing and Switching
- Data-centre (servers, storage and virtualisation)
- Recovery Process (BU and DR)
You will also be expected to act in accordance with GCI’s corporate security standard.
