A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trades and Labour Manager to join the business and lead their growth in the Trades and Labour space. This is a superb opportunity to join a thriving business with an extremely strong brand, and be able to own and spearhead the development of their Trades and Labour team. Scope may also exist, depending on the person, to also drive an existing white collar team, if relevant.
You will need to have a proven track record in Trades and Labour and also have some management experience. However you will also be willing to roll your sleeves up and get involved. If you are currently in a smaller business or a stagnant role then this opportunity will definitely appeal. A generous salary in the region of £50-65k Base is on offer with a substantial (and achievable) bonus commission structure that will ensure strong first year earnings.
