My client is currently looking for an excellent trade Sales to work out of their Hanwell Branch. We are offering you an opportunity with fantastic career progression with a Market leading builder’s/ Roofing merchant.
As part of this busy sales role, you will maintain the best level of service to new and existing customers. You will negotiate with suppliers and customers to offer competitive prices and ask the right questions to link sell. Also, in this role you will communicate with the team to ensure a smooth transaction for the customer from start to finish.
The role is also very admin focused with all the queries and quotes coming into the branch. You will have to be organised and manage your work load effectively. Managing stock and purchasing are also responsibilities of the role.
Good understating of basic IT systems would also be a huge advantage.
There are phenomenal career opportunities for the right candidates both in the company. Experience of dealing with Trade customers are essential.
What we are looking for
You will have previous experience in a similar face to face role with outstanding customer service skills. You need to be self motivated, enthusiastic and organised. You will also have good numerical skills and be confident both in telephone sales and also face to face sales. You will also have experience working in a merchants or similar background and knowledge of the products we sell. You will have to be proactive and a strong problem solver to succeed and have the ability to do the admin aspect of the role. Resilience and determination are key to develop to the next level.
