Trade Mark Renewals Administrator

Dawn Ellmore Employment have been instructed to work on an exclusive basis with our leading client, an IP firm based in London.

We are seeking applications from experienced Trade Mark Renewals Administrators with a minimum 2 years’ experience who are seeking a new role at a prominent intellectual property firm in their London office. The role would suit a person with good attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills and able to work on their own initiative.

An example of your responsibilities include:

  • Updating and sustaining the database system and diary.
  • Distributing renewal reminders
  • Supervising payment receipts
  • Despatching invoices to clients
