Trade Mark Administrator

This is a superb opportunity for an existing Trade Mark Administrator with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience to take on an exciting role in a thriving and fun team. You will be supporting an excellent team of fee earners, undertaking trade mark administration tasks.

In this role, you will be expected to complete the following duties:

  • Updating trade mark database
  • Assisting with filing trade mark renewals
  • Processing fees and billing information as requested
  • Handling official trade mark documentation
  • Liaising with clients
  • Responsible for inbox management and daily reminder reports
