Trade counter team member
I am seeking an enthusiastic trades counter team member who has a passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service.
My client are one of the largest stockist within the region have been delivering an outstanding consistent service since the 1980’s.
As a Trades counter team member you will be working within a fast pace customer led environment, your duties include;
· Meeting and greeting customers who visit the show room
· Recommending materials and products to ensure the customer expectations are exceeded
· Upselling additional products
· Answering the telephones
· Processing and chasing orders
· Following up with any customer enquiries
· Inputting and matching invoices
· Occasional heavy lifting
· General Administration duties
You will working alongside an experienced passionate team to build your product knowledge.
The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic, flexible individual with customer service experience and whom is willing to learn within a fast paced environment.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week on a 7 day rota (Expected to work 3 out of 4 weekends)
Salary: £16,000 to be reviewed after 6 months
