ABC Staff Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Trade Counter Operative.

Job Specification as a Trade Counter Operative. :

  • Serving customers, dealing with any queries
  • Taking telephone orders and making calls to clients
  • Assisting in stock replenishment on the shop floor
  • Assisting with deliveries in and out of the store
  • Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleagues
  • Other sales related duties
  • Ordering goods

Person Specification as a Trade Counter Operative:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous experience in a similar industry/sector is desirable

The Trade Counter Operative vacancy is a full time role and an ASAP start.

The hours are full time, Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 5pm with the occasional Saturday from 10-2pm. The Saturdays may be once a month or twice a month.
