ABC Staff Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Trade Counter Operative.
Job Specification as a Trade Counter Operative. :
- Serving customers, dealing with any queries
- Taking telephone orders and making calls to clients
- Assisting in stock replenishment on the shop floor
- Assisting with deliveries in and out of the store
- Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleagues
- Other sales related duties
- Ordering goods
Person Specification as a Trade Counter Operative:
- Excellent customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Able to work on own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience in a similar industry/sector is desirable
The Trade Counter Operative vacancy is a full time role and an ASAP start.
The hours are full time, Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 5pm with the occasional Saturday from 10-2pm. The Saturdays may be once a month or twice a month.
