Trade Administrator

My client a successful leading services business based in Wakefield Central, are looking to appoint a Trade Administrator on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for;

  • Process sales orders
  • Answer customer service queries
  • Provide quotes for trade customers
  • Chase outstanding sales orders with production
  • Put custom covers in production internally
  • Invoice and credit customers
  • Answer the general reception phone line
  • Purchase goods for the business when required
  • Chase suppliers for outstanding orders when required
  • Book out goods for trade orders when necessary

Essential criteria:

  • Must have experience within an administrative role
  • Must be competent using Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills - ESSENTIAL
  • Must be self motivated, well organised and prioritise own work load

Renumeration:

  • Salary; 18k-20k
  • Free on site parking and next to Wakefield station
