Senior Town Planner - Central London
£45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits + Hybrid Working

Are you a talented and ambitious Senior Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career? I'm working with a highly respected national property consultancy who are looking to expand their London planning team due to a strong and diverse project pipeline.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established firm with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality planning advice across a broad range of sectors - including mixed-use regeneration, commercial, residential, and major infrastructure projects.

You'll play a key role in advising clients, managing projects, and contributing to the continued growth of a busy and supportive planning team. Responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of planning projects from inception to determination

• Preparing, submitting, and negotiating planning applications and appeals

• Providing strategic planning advice to developers, landowners, and investors

• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• MRTPI qualified (or equivalent)

• Proven experience within a planning consultancy or local authority environment

• Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and development processes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to manage complex projects
