£23,000 to £30,000 + Benefits
UK based Planning Consultancy are looking to grow their South East office and currently require a Town Planner with a minimum of 2 years planning experience either from the private or public sector.
You will be already working through your APC and ideally be ready to submit your log book or have recently become RTPI chartered.
Project work will cover areas such as Residential, Mix-Use and Commercial, and alongside an Associate Town Planner, you will work all stages of the planning process including the submission of planning applications, site work for project investigation and have a high level of client contact.
The successful Town Planner will have a Degree and/or Masters that is recognised by the RTPI and have a sound understanding of as many aspects of the planning process as possible. Specific training will be given as part of the role as well as receiving full support through your APC.
