Our client are an established independent planning firm in Bedfordshire who are currently on the lookout for an experienced Town Planner to join the team.

The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to join an innovative and diverse consultancy within the region, to work alongside the planning team in helping to deliver several exciting and ambitious planning projects within the region.

Having recently taken on several exciting new projects, this successful firm primarily work across the residential, development and land promotion sectors, helping to deliver expert planning assistance to a diverse range of clients across the region.

The successful Town Planner will help to deliver planning applications and appeals, alongside attending site visits and assessing sites for development suitability. You will also be responsible for liaising with Local Authorities, alongside assisting in Development Plan representations and design and access statements.

In order to apply for this role, you will hold:

An RTPI Accredited Planning Qualification, alongside a relevant MSc in a planning related discipline. You will also hold at least 1 years' worth of experience working within either the public or private sector.
