Checking expenses, and processing debriefs and accident reports
Dealing with lost property
Dealing with applications from prospective Tour Managers, including sending & logging contracts and equipping them with starter packs
Booking training tours for TMs, and processing requests for TM bookings.
Answering the phone in Ops and answering queries
Ordering branded items for use on tours
Following up on feedback about TMs, including contacting clients
My client is looking for someone with a Travel Industry background, not just sales but someone that has worked in customer service, HR or Admin.
*Accuracy and good keyboard skills
*Confidence and competency with emailing and speaking to clients/Tour Managers on the phone
*A good command of English, written and spoken
*Good personal organisational skills
A great starting salary of £20,000 - after 6 months rising to £21,500 plus company benefits, discounts and Pension Scheme.
Monday to Friday. 09:00 to 17:30 with an hour for lunch. No contractual overtime.
