So you're the life and soul of any group and the go-to person to discuss all things music and entertainment. But not only that, you've got great admin and IT skills plus often described as a charismatic, have a great sense of humour, progressive thinking and a strong work ethic then I'd love to hear from you! My client is looking for an outgoing and pro-active team member to join their vibrant Manchester office. Working on touring and music accounts, you will be starting off assisting the tour specialist in any tasks they need support with so a keen eye for detail and demonstration of accurate working manner is very important. It's a fast paced role and demanding too so you'll be rewarded with a great starting salary of £17,000 and a rare opportunity to work for an innovative travel company! We'd like to see you have links with the travel industry, a good length of time in an admin role and your personality!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Your day to day task will vary greatly but you will need to action any admin requests from the travel touring team
-Ability to learn and work on any in house IT systems precisely
-You will be able to process any queries and support colleagues whilst time managing your own work load within allocated time frames.
-Coordinating non-travel related requests when needed should the need arise
-Communicating clearly with your team often

You are -
-A great team player with initiative to work just as well on your own
-Flexible to work slight shifts Monday - Friday
-Have great phone manner
-Strong IT skills
-Demonstration of working well under pressure
-Fantastic verbal and written abilities
-Eagle eyed on details
