Howett Thorpe HR & Talent Solutions have been instructed by one of their key clients to secure the services of a Total Reward Manager to provide absolute expertise on all aspects of general and executive compensation, global mobility, and benefits and salary benchmarking for all domestic & international locations.
About The Role
The successful candidate will be an Excel super user, be conversant with compensation systems including running the end of year pay cycles; take responsibility for job evaluation and benchmarking; will oversee the outsourced payroll for their EU locations, advise on implications of global mobility, oversee the outsourced benefits providers including pensions. This will also play an integral role providing accurate data and analysis led support to the senior HR team for REMCO.
With 2 direct reports to manage this is a very busy, high profile role dealing with numerous stakeholders and requires a confident and calm operator with strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail. It is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business and play an integral role in managing that expansion from a total reward perspective.
