Established in 1984, our client is a leading toolmaker, specialising in plastic injection mould tools and precision CNC machined components.
Due to ongoing investment, continued growth and increased demand for their products, our client is looking for a Toolroom Manager to join them in Totnes.

As the Toolroom Manager, you’ll help to create new systems and processes to maximise the efficiency of our client’s production function.
Leading a team of highly-skilled Engineers, you will:
- Motivate your team to perform to the best of their ability
- Encourage a quality-driven approach in your team
- Oversee testing and measuring within your department
- Create and monitor KPIs
To be considered, you will need:
- Experience of plastic injection mould tools OR CNC machinery, working to high tolerances
- Excellent leadership skills
- Great problem-solving abilities
- A hands-on approach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
